Scott Rancourt, Executive Director ED.D.
As a graduate of the residential portion of this ministry, Scott has experienced firsthand how God shows endless love and grace through people. As an educator working with “at-risk” youth for 25 years, Scott has sought to show the same level of kindness, patience, and empathy that was shown to him when he was in need. Scott holds a Doctorate of Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Scott says: “I believe that all students deserve an opportunity to experience repeated success in a safe learning environment. By learning first hand that all things are possible through Him (Philippines 4:13) students will have every opportunity to reach their full potential in Christ.”
Rev Jessica DeRosia, Headmaster
Jessica currently serves as the headmaster at Elevation Christian Academy, as the Director of Biblical Navigation at Journey True North Ministries and as a clergy member at Richford First Baptist Church where she has also been an Elder, Sunday school teacher, and small group leader. She is currently pursuing her master’s in Divinity at Grand Canyon University. Jessica previously worked as a residential counselor at the Center for Human Development in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Jessica strongly believes that we all have our own journey to take, and that no matter where we go in our journey, the Lord is there to walk beside us. There is no height nor depth that He will not go to reach us. She believes that the Lord is the true source of healing, and that it is only through Him that we become whole. Jessica has gone through her own journey of struggles in her past, but through each step, the Lord was there, and He never left her. It is her desire to help others recognize His presence in their life, and to know His undying love for them. She stands on the words of the Lord as spoken through David, “if I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there” (Psalm 139:8, NIV).
